What I do

I am an IT professional who helps companies successfully maintain, configure, and ensure all critical systems are functioning properly.  I help organizations:

  • maintain proper service level agreements
  • improve business success by enhancing overall customer experiences
  • boost their ability to get the job done on time, under budget and with minimal downtime.

I’ve been assigned to high-impact projects in a Fortune 200 company, which have resulted in cutting costs in specific business units by 20%, while maintaining superior customer experience and availability for a variety of business units.

I am also a social media and social networking enthusiast.

Education

My bachelor’s degree in business management/administration complements my associate degree in computer information systems. I have also completed courses aligned with the CCNA curriculum. I am currently studying for the MCITP: Enterprise Administrator.
